Not obligatory. During the order setup, you can appoint a pickup and delivery contact for the driver. The designated contact must be at least 18 years old. Both the pickup and delivery contacts bear the responsibility of signing the Bill of Lading (vehicle inspection report).
Ensure that the exterior of your vehicle is clean to facilitate a thorough inspection by the truck driver for any pre-existing damages or discrepancies. Remove all personal items and check for loose parts both inside and outside the vehicle. Maintain a fuel level of at least 1/4th of the tank.
Upon assigning (dispatching) a driver to your order, you will receive a dispatch notification email containing scheduling information along with your driver’s contact details. Additionally, your shipping agent will reach out to you to confirm the specifics of your auto shipment once a driver has been assigned.
