You have the flexibility to cancel a shipping order at any time, incurring no charges or cancellation fees, provided the order has not been assigned or dispatched to a Carrier (as defined below) or transporter. Our services are deemed rendered upon the assignment of a Carrier or transporter to an order.

Refunds will be initiated within three (3) business days of receiving the cancellation request from the Customer.

To cancel an order, please submit a written request via email to [email protected]. Please note that Classic Cars, INC Transport LLC does not accept or acknowledge cancellations made through phone calls or text messages.

Upon assignment/dispatch of a Carrier or transporter to a shipping order, Classic Cars, INC Transport LLC promptly informs the Customer via email (sent to the provided email address at the time of service booking).

In the event that the Customer decides to cancel the shipping order after a Carrier or transporter has been assigned/dispatched and confirmed, the payment is refunded in full, deducting either a $100 service fee or the amount of your partial payment, whichever is less.
